Chef Md Salah Uddin is a seasoned pastry expert with years of experience across top hotels, bakeries, and culinary institutes in Bangladesh and abroad. Currently a mentor at Ayash's Baking Academy!, he has previously served as Mentor at Chef's & Crafts -Mirpur Branch and Head Pastry Chef at Hatirjheel Hospitalities and worked with well-known establishments like Remaj Hotel, Cooper’s Bakery, and Glazed.

He holds advanced training in Baking & Pastry Arts and completed NTVQF Level 1 & 2 Trainer & Assessor certification from the National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI). With a strong foundation in culinary education, Chef Salah Uddin is passionate about mentoring aspiring bakers, turning beginners into skilled professionals.

Biography:

Md Salah Uddin is a professional pastry chef and culinary trainer from Comilla, Bangladesh. Over the years, he has worked with several top-tier hotels and bakeries, including Remaj Hotel, Cooper's Bakery, and Hatirjheel Hospitalities. His journey spans from assistant chef to head pastry chef, earning a reputation for excellence and dedication.

He studied at the National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) where he completed professional certifications in Bakery & Pastry Production as well as the NTVQF Level 1 & 2 Trainer & Assessor program. With additional academic experience from Prime Asia University and Dhaka Commerce College, he combines practical expertise with educational leadership.

Currently based in Taif, Saudi Arabia, Chef Salah Uddin continues to mentor aspiring chefs while staying connected to the culinary scene in Bangladesh through teaching, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
